What You’ll Achieve
Crush Expansion Targets: Proactively identify, navigate and close upsell and cross sell opportunities within your portfolio to hit quarterly revenue goals.
Master the Commercial Renewal: Own the end to end negotiation for multi year renewals, ensuring zero churn while maximizing contract value.
Strategic ROI Mapping: Use our ROI methodology to build rock solid business cases that justify budget expansion at the C suite level.
QBRs: Lead high stakes reviews with executive sponsors to prove value and "earn the right" to the next big upsell.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a rigorous, forecasted pipeline of expansion opportunities, reporting directly on your path to quota.
Who You Are
The Commercial Closer: 2-4 years of experience in a quota carrying Account Management role. You are a "Hunter in a Farmer’s territory."
The Negotiator: You have a track record of achieving quarterly sales targets and aren't afraid to navigate complex pricing and contract discussions.
Data Driven Seller: You love using data to find the "money on the table." You understand that a happy customer is great, but an expanding customer is the goal
Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English is required; European languages (French, Spanish, or German) are a major bonus for our global accounts.

Compensation: $128k Base | $179,900 OTE
The base salary range for this role is $128,500 per year, with an expected OTE of $179,900. This represents our good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
