What we’re looking for…
We're on the hunt for an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic Account Management team in France.
This role is all about building relationships that last and delivering measurable success for some of our most valuable clients. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high-value retail clients, managing significant multi-million-dollar annual recurring revenue (ARR).
What you'll do…
As an Account Manager, you will:
1. Be a Strategic Partner to Your Clients
Act as their primary business point of contact, developing a deep understanding of their unique business challenges.
Evaluate their growth opportunities and provide tailored strategic recommendations.
Deliver impactful presentations and insights to their teams and leadership.
2. Maximize Customer Satisfaction
Be obsessed with delivering value to your clients – ensuring adoption, driving satisfaction, and helping them unlock the full potential of the YOOBIC platform.
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding them on best practices and optimizing their use of our solution.
3. Secure Long-Term Success
Use data-driven analysis to monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and define priorities.
Proactively lead contract renewal processes to maintain and grow long-term partnerships.
Leverage strong relationships and success stories to minimize churn and drive retention.
What we are looking for
At least 5+ years of professional experience in a consulting role or as an Account Manager within a SaaS or retail tech environment.
Retail industry experience is a strong advantage; passion for and interest in retail is mandatory.
Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business drivers and the ability to link technology solutions to client outcomes.
Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to manage contract negotiations and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
Ability to navigate complex client organizations and build strong, long-term relationships.
