About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Management Intern to join our team in France. You will play a key role in supporting our Account Management team, which oversees a portfolio of 100+ retail clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers, the Sales team, the Customer Success team, and the Product team to drive client success.
Your Responsibilities
Portfolio Performance & Analytics
Identify key business trends among Yoobic clients.
Conduct insightful analyses and coordinate dashboards to track client performance.
Business Support
Assist Account Managers in preparing business reviews.
Build account maps in Salesforce.
Support efforts to maintain an accurate and organized contract and invoicing database.
Work on ad hoc projects with specific clients when necessary.
Risk Identification & Best Practices
Analyze client platforms to identify gaps in Yoobic usage standards.
Develop a library of best practices in collaboration with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently in the second year of a Master’s program at a business school.
Fluent in English and French with strong communication and writing skills (both written and oral).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dive deep into data and extract key insights. Experience in a consulting firm is a plus.
Interest in the Retail & Luxury industry.
A proactive mindset, ready to support change initiatives and collaborate across teams.
