Professional Services Specialist - Internship

Our department is a dynamic and fast-growing team which generates a significant contribution to YOOBIC’s overarching goals. As a services team, our goal is to ensure YOOBIC clients get the most out of the platform in their day-to-day usage.
We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative, loves innovation, and who has the ability to reactively and proactively support our clients from different industries (from the fashion industry to groceries to pharmaceuticals).
We are looking for a detail-oriented Professional Services Specialist to implement tailored solutions for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring the look & feel and home pages to align with our best practices and client needs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
This is an incredible opportunity to interact with the broader account teams (Customer Success, Account Manager, Customer advocate), Product and the overall Customer Implementation & Services team.
What you’ll do:
You will lead the delivery of simultaneous customisation activities with our clients already live with the solution (between 3 and 10 clients in the same time):
Client Customisation & Implementation – Gather data on the client’s usage and branding to develop customised templates.
End users interface Configuration – Apply branding, adjust layouts, and optimize navigation using analytics insights.
Quality Assurance – Conduct reviews to ensure consistency and usability across devices (phone, tablet, web)
Client Collaboration – Lead feedback workshops and implement refinements based on client input.
Deployment – Publish final versions and support activation with internal teams.
What you have:
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Power Point, Word)
Intellectual curiosity, interest in start-ups and new technologies
An ability to grasp new concepts quickly and then able to explain them with ease
Proactivity and eagerness to solve problems
Developed written and verbal communication skills
Very strong attention to detail
You have a thirst to learn and develop your skills, and take feedback well
Ability to adapt and to work within an international environment
Ideally, you have a technical and/or analytical education (ex: Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences, Finances, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.)
Fluent in English + French
