About the role...
YOOBIC is looking for an experienced SaaS sales professional to join us as we work to bring our platform to retailers across North America. We're looking for someone who can bring significant experience driving complex, consultative SaaS sales processes from end-to-end, ideally whilst using MEDDPICC and/or Command of Message Sales methodology.
We did 272% year on year growth in the US last year and we're just getting started. This is a chance for a talented enterprise seller to bring a world-class platform with strong product market fit to green field of opportunity.

Please be aware that we can only consider applications from folks on the East Coast who are willing to travel to NYC to collaborate with colleagues on a monthly basis. This will be after a 4 week in-person onboarding stage.
What you'll do…
Run the full sales process within your territory - from pipeline creation and presenting the YOOBIC solution, to negotiating pricing and closing deals
Become an expert in retail and take ownership of the growth and development of your business
Target the world's leading and most recognizable brand names in retail and communicate the benefits of the YOOBIC platform to a variety of audiences, including executive-level decision makers
Report on your deals weekly and forecast your pipeline to a quarterly target
Partner with your solutions engineer throughout the sales process to demonstrate the value of the YOOBIC platform
Work with Marketing and Business Development teams to build strong demand generation campaigns
Offer support to more junior members of the team, such as Business Development Representatives
We'd love to hear from you if you have...
A minimum of 5 years experience selling complex SaaS solutions (ACV of $150k+) and managing a full sales cycle in a startup environment
A consistent track record of achievement/target attainment throughout your sales career
Demonstrable experience and ability to influence and sell to C-Suite personas
Experience in a pipeline-driven culture where you've had to be accountable for reporting
A structured sales process, ideally from using MEDDPICC and/or Command of Message
A genuine desire to develop and grow as a Sales professional; you're curious, coachable, committed and creative!

What we're offering...
Salary of $130k-$150k, with on-target-earnings of $260,000 to $300,000
